Some things to consider before assuming "facts" about climate

When thinking about climate and climate change, there are several, if not many, factors or things to consider before making assumptions. These things can easily be overlooked. So here is a list: 1) The specific heat of water is unmatched 2) When water melts, it cools the air nearby 3) When water freezes, it gives off heat 4) When ice caps melt, they give off fresh water, and when mixing with ocean water, dilute the salt, increasing the freezing point of the water; therefore, more ice can easily form 5) When ice melts, it cools the warmer water further near the equator
