How About A Medium Format Gopro?

Now that would be something, eh? Imagine that: touchscreen, waterproof, small, lightweight, simple and basic yet having full manual controls and RAW imaging format! If you don't know, what I'm trying to get at is if you had a Gopro but with a very large sensor in it that could also be extremely sensitive to light. Oh yeah, and with an f/1.2 lens.
